Correct installation method
(1) After the installation is in place, it should be carefully inspected at close range and replaced with the "O" shaped sealing ring that is marked or pierced.
(2) Excessive stretching during installation, the "O" sealing ring will produce cracks or expansion, which is easy to find.
(3) Install a concave or irregular surface "O" seal ring, its inner and outer diameters should have a certain gap and taper.

Improper use of seals
A good seal, if used improperly, will also cause the entire product failure, such as the wrong use of lubricating oil. Another common type of problem is installation errors. For example, distortion occurs in the
O-ring assembly process; Uneven seal pressure due to improper installation; Inadequate lubrication of seals and other failures.
The temperature around the seal is too high, which can easily cause the rubber to soften, expand, harden and crack, etc., and the rubber's softening, expansion, hardening and crack are aggravated with the increase of the working temperature.
If the working temperature is higher, the
O-ring is to lose the sealing ability and leakage, the
O-ring working at zero temperature, its initial compression may be reduced or completely disappeared due to the sharp reduction in temperature, in the case of -50~-60 degrees Celsius, can make the rubber that is not resistant to low temperature completely lose the initial stress;
The temperature of the lip of the oil seal is generally higher, and the temperature at the cutting edge is the highest. When selecting the oil seal material, the sum of the oil temperature and the temperature rise of the lip should be less than the highest common temperature of the selected material to ensure the normal operation of the oil seal. In addition, the external environment is harsh and dusty, which will cause different degrees of wear and strain on the lips of the seals.
The system can dissolve into air:
When there is air in the mechanical system, the oil will produce a large number of bubbles, and when the bubbles reach the inner pressure surface of the seal, a large amount of energy will be quickly released, resulting in serious damage to the lip of the seal; If there is too much oil vapor in the system, and the pressure and temperature reach a certain value, it will cause the oil "spontaneous combustion", resulting in the erosion or melting of the seal support ring, the anti-extrusion ring, and the local carbonization of the rubber seal.
Seal wear
Improve parts and environments that cause wear. Ensure that the sliding surface and sealing ring are fully lubricated during movement, improve the wear resistance of O-type sealing material.
